Up to: 8 hours
Enjoy a full-day guided tour predominantly exploring the north of Lanzarote, seamlessly blending bus and boat travel to unveil three must-see enchanting locations: a unique house transformed from a quarry, a charming car-free island, and a hidden viewpoint perched atop an impressive cliff.
Our first stop is the Casa-Museo Lagomar, also known as Omar Sharif's House, once owned by the renowned actor. This extraordinary villa is nestled within a former volcanic quarry, granting it a truly distinctive and spectacular ambiance. Designed by the visionary César Manrique and built by his frequent collaborator Jesús Soto, don't miss the captivating legend surrounding the actor, the house, and its developer.
Next, we journey to Órzola, situated on Lanzarote's northernmost tip, to board a ferry for a brief 25-minute crossing to La Graciosa, the eighth Canary Island. Discover this minimalist natural paradise where you'll have free time to wander the sandy streets of its sole village, Caleta de Sebo, admire the mesmerizing sea views, and explore some of its nearby beaches. During our time on La Graciosa, we include a delicious lunch served onboard a boat docked in the harbor.
Returning to Lanzarote, we'll visit the remarkable Mirador del Río, a premier Art, Culture, and Tourism Centre of Lanzarote, another creation by César Manrique. This exquisite architectural marvel is seamlessly integrated into the natural landscape at an altitude of 500 meters, offering breathtaking vistas over the Chinijo Archipelago.
Enjoy scenic panoramic bus rides through northern Lanzarote, a memorable boat trip to another island, and visits to three captivating sites that will leave a lasting impression – an experience not to be missed!
